You need Sleeves but which material?

Sleeves are typically four-sided products that are used to slip over other products, keeping them free from dust and damage when not in use, or adding an extra layer of prestige to a product. Here at Quantum Binders we produce bespoke printed sleeves in a variety of sizes and materials. Whether you want a run of sleeves emblazoned with your company logo, or just plain, we can help.

Greyboard stiffening provides the structure, while flexible PVC sheets are high frequency welded around it to create the structure and shape of the sleeve. PVC over board sleeves can be printed with any design or logo of your choice.

White-lined greyboard is die cut and assembled into the sleeve structure. The exterior is then covered in 150gsm silk paper that has been printed and laminated with your choice of design. The inside of the sleeve can also be pre-lined with a printed, un-laminated sheet.

A single thickness of polypropylene sheet, typically 800 microns thick, is die cut to the desired shape and size. The flat polypropylene sheet is printed with your chosen design and assembled into the finished sleeve shape.

PVC and paper over board, and polypropylene are the more popular choices, but we are also able to produce bespoke sleeves from a variety of different materials, including wood, leather, metal, acrylic, PU, and pure greyboard. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We make your product to your specification, so let your imagination run wild,
