Folders are perfect for a number of applications, such as welcome packs for new staff and clients, keeping your paperwork together, or for presenting the bill to customers at a restaurant, among other things. Here at Quantum Binders we produce bespoke folders in a variety of sizes and shapes, from a range of different materials.

These folders are made from greyboard stiffening which is covered with flexible PVC sheets to create its structure and shape. The PVC is high frequency welded to seal the greyboard sheets inside, and finished off by welding the pockets inside.
Our paper over board folders are made from 2-3mm thick greyboard covered in 150gsm silk paper which is printed with your design and then laminated. The board is creased to form the spine before pockets are added.
A single thickness of polypropylene sheet, typically 800 microns thick, is die cut to the required shape and size. The flat sheets are then formed into the folder shape, including pockets to finish the folder off.
