These files consist of sturdy greyboard stiffening covered in flexible PVC sheets which are high frequency welded together, leaving a professional and durable finish. A mechanism is then fitted to complete the ring binder or lever arch file.
This design consists of 150gsm silk paper that has been printed, laminated, and mounted onto 2-3mm thick greyboard. The covered board is then creased in two places to create the spine, before the mechanism is fitted to complete the binder.
These ring binders are made from a single sheet of polypropylene sheet, typically 800 micron thick, which is die cut to the required shape and size before being creased to form the spine. The required mechanism is then added to complete the ring binder.
