Yes! We specialise in customised orders - we make what you want just the way you want it. Talk to us or fax or e-mail us with your ideas and we’ll give you the best advice we can, without commitment
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! We will make exactly what you want.
How long does it take to produce an order?
It depends on a number of factors – quantity, supplied artwork, printing required, availability of materials etc. Delivery is usually 10 - 14 days but larger orders, printing; obtaining special materials can take longer than average. Once we know your exact spec we will give you an accurate delivery date. We will try to meet any deadline where practical.
Can I get the product to match a specific colour?
If the colour you require is not available we can try other options including exact colour matching (subject to a minimum order) or colour flooding of a suitable base sheet.
How can I get to see examples of your work?
Request a sample of what you’re interested in, arrange a visit or come and have a coffee with us at the factory.
If I need a sample will there be a charge?
We have a variety of samples that have already been made for customers, which we can show you free of charge. A charge will be made according to the complexity of the item and the time it takes to produce a sample to your specification.
Which printing processes can you use to personalise products?

The suitability of any print process is dependant on the material and run length, we use screen-printing, litho printing, foil blocking and embossing. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and advise you on the suitability and limitations of each process.

What do you need to give an accurate quote?
  • Product - Binder / Folder / Document Box / Wallet etc
  • Size Required - A6 / A5 / A4 / A3 / Foolscap / Own Size
  • Portrait or Landscape
  • Material Type - Polypropylene, PVC, Paper Over Board
  • Colour
  • Mechanism - Round / D shape / Square / Size
  • Encapsulated - A clear plastic covering sealed onto the binder, normally sealing in printed sheets.
  • Print - Number of colours / Details of design
  • Foil - Colour of foil / Design
  • Pockets - Location / Size / Purpose
  • Quantity Required - No Minimum Order
  • Special requirements - CD holder / pen loop / metal corners / foam padding

What payment options are available?
We accept payment by cheque, cash or BACS. Account facilities are available for regular purchasers.
I have artwork – what format do you accept?
We can accept artwork as Jpeg, TIF and PDF files. Preferable programmes include Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Quark. If you are unsure please give us a call and we will help in any way we can. We will always send you a proof before printing.
What happens to my business details? Do you sell or rent your database to third parties?
No! All business and contact data is held in the strictest confidence and never sold or given to third parties.
