PolyVinyl Chloride, is available in a wide range of colours, surface finish, softness and sponge effect – there is even one with a rubber effect!

With such a variety of choice there is something to match whatever product, event, use or design effect you may require.

Ring binder sizes range from pocket to A2. Special sizes and capacities of paper can be accommodated. They can be made with or without tabs, with mechanisms from 2 to 6 rings as well as lever arch. In addition to being screen-printed, litho printed or foil blocked, they can be embossed or padded as required.

Presentation binders have a clear front and spine open to the head to take customers own material. These binders can be used time and time again by changing the inserts in the front and spine. Material can also be sealed into the front of the binders these are called encapsulated binders. If you require a encapsulated binder you can either supply the material to insert or we can supply it for you to your spec.

PVC Easel binders can be a practical and professional presentation tool. They can be branded by various print or foil blocking creating a professional image.

Paper over board Ring Binders

Paper Over Board is an extremely high quality, cost effective and environmentally friendly solution, an alternative to PVC and polypropylene ring binders.

The construction is simple, yet effective. The design is litho printed onto a sheet of paper, which is then laminated with polyester film. This is glued to board, turned over at the edges and a lining sheet glued to the inside. To complete the process the boards are then creased to create the spines and the mechanism is fitted.

We can provide the printed sheets or work with sheets supplied by our customer. Paper Over Board binders are available in almost any size and can be fitted with a wide range of mechanisms. Samples are available on request.
